Hello. We are in progress of discussion with the head admin.

Your case has the same problem as a trans return. The amount of checks and time developer has to spend on the case of return is exceeding our desire to help users in case when they make mistakes.

Right now I'm trying to understand if we can automatize such returns. In case if it is possible it's going to allow us to spend not so much time on such issues and allow us to help in similar cases.
