I don`t get quests for other artifact weapons..

hello, i did q for blood dk weapon, after that i dont get any quest in whole classhall... nothing bugged af something.. NPC "Duke" must give me q for another weapons but i cant even speak to him.. i unlock traits on blood artifact and its all.. empty classhall and i cant find any quest in whole classhall, please send me in mail weapons or reset my quests..
