Problems with character transfer from the Felsong server

I migrated a character from a druid's felsong server
Everything was transferred to me except for 3 relics of the Balance Druid Artifact that I had donated from the previous server

Hi its me again, as u can see on the screen below, i already close and open the game few times, and still dont have it, i have 3 955 relics on the old server, i can send profs too
